These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.kanyugo.com and purchases made from KANYUGO a UK-based business.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions.
Colour and sizing may vary slightly due to display differences.

We may update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

3.2 Order Acceptance

We may reject or cancel orders due to:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Payment issues

  • Suspicion of fraud

  • Errors in product information

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
Delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Ensure your address is correct; we cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

5. Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After notifying cancellation, you have 14 days to return the goods.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving returned items.

Exceptions apply to:

  • Customised/personalised goods

  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

6. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

You are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days if an item is faulty

  • Repair or replacement after 30 days

  • A partial refund if repair/replacement is unsuccessful

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, branding, design, and media on our website belong to KANYUGO and cannot be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses not caused by our negligence

  • Business losses

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
