Unworn and unused
In original packaging with tags
Free from marks, scents, or damage
Non-returnable items (unless faulty):
Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear)
Final sale/clearance items (if clearly marked)
Personalised/custom products
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Your Legal Rights)
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
After 30 days, you may be entitled to:

4. Return Shipping Costs
For unwanted items (change of mind), customers pay return postage.
For faulty or incorrect orders, we cover return costs.

The original basic delivery cost (for cancellations under CCR)
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
