RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (UK COMPLIANT)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from KANYUGO. This policy follows UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel it for any reason.

Once you notify us of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.

2. Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Free from marks, scents, or damage

Non-returnable items (unless faulty):

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear)

  • Final sale/clearance items (if clearly marked)

  • Personalised/custom products

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Your Legal Rights)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

After 30 days, you may be entitled to:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • Or a partial refund (if repair/replacement is unsuccessful)

These are your statutory rights and always apply.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For unwanted items (change of mind), customers pay return postage.

  • For faulty or incorrect orders, we cover return costs.

5. Refunds

We will refund:

  • The item cost

  • The original basic delivery cost (for cancellations under CCR)

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.
